Functional Training and Stretching Center
Visit out new Center. 700 sq. ft. dedicated to this new and effective way to get fit. Ever wonder what to do with those Balls, Bands, Bars, Bosu Balance Trainers and all that new equipment everyone seems to be using?
Our trainers can teach you about these new techniques which can incorporate your everyday activities into your program. Tennis players, swimmers, runners, golfers, young athletes, persons employed in professions that stress the body…functional training is for you.
Attention All Runners / Walkers
Since we are located in a sprawling Business Park, many members do their weight training at the gym and takes their runs and walks from here. We have a detailed, portable map available for you which outlines routes, topography, scenery and distances from the club.
