Craniosacral Therapy: 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes - $25, $45, $65, $85, $120

A light touch modality that gently works with the spine, the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia. It eases the restrictions of nerve passages, optimizes the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord and helps restore misaligned bones to their proper position. CST effectively treats mental and emotional stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ syndrome, and chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia. Beneficial for all ages!

Craniosacral Combo: 45, 60, 90 minutes - $70, $90, $120

Indulge in a soft tissue massage combined with CranioSacral Therapy. Experience a deep sense of relaxation and reap the benefits of both types of therapy.

Headache Be Gone: 15 minutes - $20

Relieve yourself of the pain and discomfort of a headache with a quick head, neck and shoulder massage.

Magical Treat for the Feet: 35 minutes - $50

This session incorporates essential oils and reflexology to relax, restore, rebalance and refresh those tired, achy feet. 

Reflexology: 15, 30 minutes - $20, $40

This session focuses on applying massage to pressure points through meridian lines in the hands and feet, to heal various parts of the body.

Aromatherapy:  Add to any session - + $10

Incorporates your favorite scents with classic Swedish massage to stimulate your sense of smell and achieve the desired effect.
Stress Relief – Clary Sage, Lemon & Lavender
Energy Boost – Lemon & Orange
Performance – Thyme & Rosemary

Chair Massage: 10 minute minimum $1 per minute

A fully clothed session in a massage chair to help you relax, relieve tension in tight muscles and increase body awareness.  A nice time out to refresh in a corporate environment or a treat after a hard workout.
