Most of our shakes are non-fat with several other low-fat choices. Just ask at the front desk for specifics. Each shake comes loaded with 24 grams of whey protein, and you can even add additional scoops to boost the nutritional value.

These creamy delicious shakes are an excellent meal replacement or recovery drink. For kids or those limiting their protein consumption we’re happy to omit the protein for a delicious all natural smoothie at a reduced price. For the true fitness enthusiasts we also offer EAS Myoplex shakes packed with whey protein.
