Terrain Cycling-This
instructor led "bike ride" will take place
in the Group Exercise Room, but will take you on a
journey over some hills and down some country lanes
to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance,
while strengthening the muscles of the legs and glutes.
Beginning
Endurance Cycle-
New to cycling? Don't be afraid to try this great
class! If you can ride a tricycle, you can do this
"introduction to cycling" class and get
a GREAT workout.
Cardio
Kickboxing-
Traditional kickboxing bag class designed to burn
calories and reduce STRESS! This class is challenging
and fun! (Wraps and gloves recommended for this class.)
CardioKix-No
bag or gloves required! CardioKix is a high-energy
class where cardio and martial arts moves are performed
continuously to develpoe cardiovascular fitness, agility
and quickness. Get ready to FEEL EXHILARATED!

a great cariovascular workout interspersed with bouts
of 'get you moving" Strength Training.

Body/Cool Mind This
class covers it all, combining low intensity cardio
with muscle toning and core strengthing, followed
by meditiative stretching.

The Ball-This
class will focus on strengthing and challenging your
core.We will use the stability ball to work the whole
body, while focusing on the abdominal, back and glute
muscles. You name it, we'll work it!
SilverSneakers
Muscular Strength-equipment
based, multi-level total body conditioning class using
hand-held weights, tubing, a SSPF play-ball and a
chair for standing/seated support.
Silver
Sneakers Yoga Stretch-Move
your body through a complete series of seated and
standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely
perform a variety of postures designed to increase
flexibility, balance and range of movement. restorative
breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote
stress reduction and mental clarity.
Stability
Ball Challenge-
Strengthen your core and increase your balance while
having fun with the exercise ball. You will improve
your fitness level while adding some variety to your
workout. Come have a ball!

Training-Total
body-sculpting program incorporating hand-weights,
bands, tubing, body bars & stability balls to
elevate the heart rate, build strength, tone, improve
bone-density and posture.
Stretch
& Strengthen This
class is designed to help you strengthen and define
your muscles, while keeping your flexibility in mind.
We will combine a variety of equipment and movements
to stretch and tone the major muscle groups.
Triathlon-
This class has it all: Biking, cardio, weights, resistance
and flexibility. Try this exciting new approach to
fitness in a fun group atmosphere!
Zumba-Think
you can't dance? We've got the solution! ZUMBA fuses
hypnotic Latin and International rythms with tantalizing
moves to creat a kick-butt workout that it FUN and
EASY TO DO!

IM=X
(Intergrated Movement Xercise)-
This class incorporates the principals of traditional
Pilates, yoga and relaxation training. We will focus
on improving overall strength, body tone, flexibility/mobility,
spinal lenght and stabilization. Our class routine
will provide an entire body workout, and you'll leave
feeling taller, stronger and rejuvenated. A mat or
towel is recommended.
Kripalu
YogaDance-Learn
to love your body through this combination of yoga
and dance. Sometimes lively and interactive and other
times slow and reflective. YogaDance requires no experience
and all ability levels are welcome.
Pilates-
Engage your mind and body in this mat class to strengthen
your core. Using principles of correct alignment,
diaphragmatic breathing, concentrated abdominal exercises
and stretching, you will increase your flexibility,
balance and strength without injury or stress on your
joints.
Yoga-
A fusion of
flexability training, classic Yoga and relaxation
techniques to create total body awareness and flexibility
while releasing tension and stress.
