Cardiovascular & Strength

All Terrain Cycling: This instructor led “bike ride” takes place in the Group Exercise Room, but will take you on a journey over hills and down country lanes to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, while strengthening the legs and glutes. 
Basic Beats:No partner necessary, all ages welcome! Keep active and stay young at heart with this group based dance class designed with beginners and seniors in mind.  We will improve balance, coordination, mobility & mood while learning new steps and old (Lindy, Stroll, Foxtrot, Bosa Nova, Square Dance, etc).   We will begin with a safe yet invigorating warm up so dress in comfortable shoes /clothing.
Body Design: A toning and stretch class that incorporates movements and physical exercises that include Pilates, Yoga, Resistance, Toning and Relaxation to increase circulation, flexibility, strength and a feeling of serenity. Body Design focuses on breathing and building strong core muscles to strengthen and tone your entire body.
Butts & Guts: The focus of this sculpting class will be the hips, glutes, abdominals, obliques, and the legs. Exercises will incorporate some weights, bands, exercise balls, and mat work that target each of these muscle groups.
 Cardio Interval:  An interval training class using a variety of equipment to combine heart pumping cardio and muscle conditioning.  Anything is fair game with this class! 
Cardio Kickboxing Plus: Unique blends of basic self defense techniques, contemporary moves, and boxing techniques with no complicated choreograph! Come enter the next level of fitness!
Hip Hop: Hip Hop: It's hip, it's hot, it's the latest dance grooves set to the hottest music. This high-energy dance workout will make you sweat while you learn the latest moves from the clubs and music videos. Join in and become a dancing machine! Advanced.
Move & Muscle Up!: This class focuses on cardio, core and balance. It is also designed to shape your physique, tone your body and raise your metabolism by using high repetitions to strengthen your muscles.
SilverSneakers Muscular Strength: Equipment based, multi-level total body conditioning class using hand-held weights, tubing, an SSFP play-ball and a chair for standing/seated support.
SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch: Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Sole Training: A formatted fusion of postures and drills, based on WillPower & Grace® practices, this is the high-energy, cardiovascular solution that mind-body practitioners have been looking for, and the foot-fitness conditioning program that athletes need. We integrate the smartest and safest barefoot training methods to strengthen your feet while progressively correcting imbalances in your ankles, knees and hips.
Strength Training: A perfect balance of strength & cardio training.  Total body-sculpting program incorporating hand-weights, bands, tubing, body bars & stability balls to elevate the heart rate, build strength, tone, improve bone density and posture.
Step: Innovative choreography combined with pumping music to make you SWEAT!  An intense and exhilarating workout intended to build serious cardio endurance.
Step-HiiT: High intensity interval training with the use of the Step! This is a 40/20 split and includes 16 intervals. Each is divided into 30 seconds of high energy Plyo reps followed by 20 seconds of rest. Cardio equipment includes use of step, body-bars, and glide discs. No choreograph involved…just pure POWER!
Zumba!: Think you can’t dance?  We’ve got the solution!  ZUMBA fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms with tantalizing moves to create a kick-butt workout that is fun and EASY TO DO!
ZumbaToning: When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks (or light free weights - participant's choice) to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.


Mind/Body

Pilates: This class incorporates the principals of traditional Pilates, yoga and relaxation training.  We will focus on improving overall strength, body tone, flexibility/mobility, spinal length and stabilization.  Our class routine will provide an entire body workout, and you’ll leave feeling taller, stronger and rejuvenated.
Yoga: A fusion of flexibility training, classic Yoga, and relaxation techniques to create total body awareness and flexibility while releasing tension and stress.
Yoga Fusion: For beginners to intermediate.  A fusion of classic yoga, Hatha yoga and Yoga Fit movements, Yoga Fusion focuses on providing flexibility, strength, overall toning, stress release with breathing work, and deep relaxation. Yoga Fusion will improve your mind, body and soul!
