offered unlimited group fitness training sessions
with our Certified Personal Trainers.
The first 6 weeks of your new fitness program are crucial.
You need to establish the GOOD habit of fitness in
this time. During these visits the Personal Trainers will
take your health history and a statement of goals will be
established. Depending on your needs, we have a variety of
fitness areas that can be addressed during these trainings.
